This is an application seeking recall of the conditional order passed by this Court on 01.03.2017, dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated time. 2.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, the application is allowed. The conditional order passed on 01.03.2017, is recalled and the petition stands restored to its original position. 3.

The applicant shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office
