Respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's representations dated 31st March, 2023 and 11th April, 2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.

The learned APP informs that in view of section 22S of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, the separate Forum has been constituted to deal with the complaints against Police Officers. The petitioner can very well approach to the same. 3.

Respondent No.2 may decide the representations or forward those complaints to the Forum constituted in terms of section 22S of the Maharashtra Police Act and inform the petitioner accordingly.
