We have heard Mr. Kadu, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the respondents.

The petitioner is assailing the show cause notice. Considering that the show cause notice issued to the petitioner and the opportunity is given to the petitioner, no order has been passed against the petitioner. The say filed by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents before passing any order pursuant to the show cause notice.

As only show cause notice is assailed, we are not inclined to consider the matter on merits. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
