The application for addition of parties is rejected. 3.

The present petitioners have also filed a separate suit in respect of the same property as concerned in the present suit. 4.

It is submitted that the present petitioner has already filed an application for deciding all four suits together. In fact, getting suits decided together in respect of the same suit property would be a better proposition.

Considering the above, the Writ petitions are disposed of. The Respondents may not have any legal objection for deciding the suits filed by the present petitioners and the suits filed by the present Respondents together.

Considering the above, the Court shall decide the application filed by the petitioner for deciding the suits together expeditiously, preferably within one month. The parties shall thereafter proceed further in the suits. Till the order is passed by the Court on the application of the petitioners for deciding the suits together, the trial shall not be proceeded till then. (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) Dt.21.03.2016.
