The applicant is a Livestock Supervisor in Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon. However, due to the pendency of this appeal the applicant is struck of the original payment and not getting the benefit of the recommendations of the 6th and 7th Pay Commission. The applicant has to marry his daughter and spent over the higher education of his son. Hence, it is requested to fix the matter for final hearing out of turn.

Learned A.P.P. has no objection to expedite the matter. 3.
