Heard learned Advocate appearing for applicants. 2.

He submits that original petitioner no.11 in Writ Petition No.2952/2009 expired on 03.06.2013. He submits that applicants are declared as legal representatives of deceased vide order dated 24.06.2024 passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.56/2024 by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rahata, District Ahmednagar. Copy of succession certificate is annexed alongwith Civil Application.

It appears that, original writ petitioner Husen Balam Sayyed is held entitled for compensation in terms of order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No.14016/2015. The applicant nos.1A to 1C are legal representatives of deceased Husen Balam Sayyed.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B), (C) and (D).
