This application has been moved for quashment of FIR, being Crime No.575 of 2020 registered at Taluka Jalna Police Station, Jalna for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3
2209.2023APPLN -2and 4 of the Prevention of Dowry Act and the consequential chargesheet in R.C.C. No.387 of 2021 pending before the 3rd Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jalna.

The learned advocates for applicants and respondent no.2 inform that, respondent no.2 - wife and applicant no.1 - husband have preferred an application for dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce in terms of section 13(1)(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act and on 20.11.2021, the decree of divorce was passed in their favour. They both have filed the joint compromise affidavit on record. 4.
The learned advocate for the respondent no.2 - wife informs to have no objection to allow this application in view of the compromise between the parties.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
