For the reasons recorded in the order passed by this Court on 27th June 2017, the criminal proceedings initiated at the instance of respondent no.2 being Crime No.73 of 2017 registered at Shindkheda Police Station, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 337, 336, 323, 504, 506 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 (1) (r) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act shall stand quashed. 3.
