This matter is heard for sometime. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition. He, however, submits that his application for condonation of delay in seeking the restoration of the regular civil appeal which is abated because of the demise of the petitioners' father, has been reserved for passing Orders on 4.7.2018 and Orders are still not passed. He refers to the Roznama Sheet at page No. 36.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

The learned Court, dealing with Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 31/2018, closed for Orders on 4.7.2018 and no Orders have been passed till today, shall again place the proceedings on the daily board on a particular date and shall allow the learned Advocates of the respective sides to advance their final arguments on or before 31.8.2019.
