Mr. Gandhi, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal against the order of transfer. The notices were issued to respondents. The Collector has not filed reply and from time to time adjournments were sought. Now, the matter is fixed on 02.11.2020. On one hand the respondents are seeking adjournments and on the other hand, the Collector has not filed reply.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for the respondents. In fact in such matters, the respondents should be prompt to file the reply and conduct the matter.

We direct the respondents to file reply on or before 02.11.2020 and work out the matter before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal on the same date or on the date, which is convenient to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.

It is made clear that we have not considered the merits of the matter. All contentions are kept open.
