Although the applicant's involvement in the alleged crime is remote, as is reflected from the perusal of the F.I.R., learned A.P.P. places before us certain papers of investigation, wherein the recorded conversation between the applicant and the informant is appearing and it would indicate that the applicant has made demand of illegal gratification and has assisted the main accused. 3.
