Mr. Devkate, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the notice was issued to the respondent. The process server has submitted report that, he has visited the said address, but could not find the respondent on the said address. Two reports of process server are on record.

Mr. Devkate, the learned counsel submits that, the respondent be allowed to serve by paper proclamation. Even notice was issued by R.P.A.D., which has been returned back and the same is returned back as incomplete address. The address
2 ca 9722.16 mentioned in the cause title is the same, which was given by the respondent before the Guahati Court.

In view of that, the appellant/applicant is allowed to serve the respondent by paper publication in widely circulated local news paper and which is also circulated at village Dimakuchi.
