The writ petition has been adjourned time and again at the behest of the petitioner. Ample opportunity is given to the petitioner. In the morning session, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner, however, it was kept in the afternoon session. In the afternoon also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the matter, 2.

Even on 8th December, 2016, we have specifically observed that no further time wold be granted. Thereafter also one opportunity was given.
