In spite of several opportunities, none appeared for respondent no.3 on any of the dates on which matters were kept. Therefore, matters were taken up for hearing exparte. 2.

Heard.

These applications are filed by the claimants for condonation of delay caused in filing first appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court in the land acquisition references. 4.

Learned AGP opposed the applications stating that delay is not properly explained. Hence, applications may be rejected. 5.

For the reasons stated in the applications, delay is required to

{4} CA 4913 OF 2021 & ORS be condoned. Accordingly, applications are allowed. Delay is condoned on the condition that the applicants shall not be entitled for the interest for the period of delay.

Accordingly, applications are disposed of.

Appeals be registered. On registration of appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks thereafter. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents-State. ( ABHAY S. WAGHWASE ) JUDGE SPT
