ORDER:- 1.

The applicants, who are the legal representatives of original claimant, who admittedly died on 19.09.2019 as per the death certifcate annexed at Exh.A, want to bring themselves on record. There appears delay of 944 days in fling this application. However, the original appeal is fled by the State and it was the responsibility of the appellant to bring the legal representatives of the deceased claimant on record. It is important to note that the applicants being legal representatives of deceased claimant have fled this application to contest the appeal.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The appellant to take steps accordingly within the stipulated period.
