The petitioners' proposals are awaiting adjudication by the Scrutiny Committee for validation of their tribe certificates since 29.12.2023.

We are pointing out that few of their blood relatives have been directed to be issued with certificates of validity by separate orders at least two in number. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to adopt the reply filed by one of them to a report of vigilance cell.

Considering the aforementioned fact, we dispose of the writ petitions by requesting the Committee to decide the proposals as expeditiously as possible and it may consider the request of the petitioners to adopt the reply filed by their cousin to the vigilance report.

The decision shall be taken as early as possible and in any case within five weeks.
