Beyond directing the concerned Scrutiny Committee - respondent no.1 to decide the claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and within TWO (2) MONTHS from today, we do not issue any other direction.

We are clarifying and expressly that, we are not aware whether the petitioner continues to be a bonafide student of the third respondent - college. If the petitioner is continuing his studies and the respondent no.2 - University has acknowledged that aspect, then alone, on the strength of this order and direction, we grant protection to the petitioner's admission. Meaning thereby, his education should not be disturbed only because the Committee has failed to issue the certificate. He should be allowed to prosecute his studies subject to above, until the Committee decides the claim. 4.
Petition disposed of.
