The petitioner's admission to the respondent college was not being duly approved for want of validity certificate. By the interim relief we had granted him protection. In the meantime, according to the learned advocate for the petitioner the scrutiny committee has decided the proposal and has granted a certificate of validity to him. Since no relief was being claimed as against the respondent No.3 - Admissions Regulating Authority, we dispose of the writ petition keeping open the remedy to approach us again depending upon the decision of the respondent No.3 - Admission Regulating Authority.
