The petitioner is before us, seeking directions for expeditious decision on his claim pending with the respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, since 20 July 2022, in view of the exigency and as he is aspiring to appear for NEET 2023, examination. 3.

It is pointed out that though conditionally this Court has granted validity to few blood relations i.e. father and real brother of the petitioner.

In view of above, we request the respondent no. 2 - Committee to make an endeavor to consider and decide the petitioners 1/2

940wp7148.2023 claim as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner shall render all assistance to the Committee in getting the matter decided expeditiously including the documents to be filed.
