The appellant-claimant injured has filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellant with her counsel and Mr. Santosh Kalse, Officer of Insurance Company with Company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The appellant and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for identification. The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay compensation of Rs. 60,000/- inclusive of cost and interest to the appellant towards full and final settlement of her claim. 3.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise
