Enhancement is more than three times of the amount of compensation awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Ofcer. In view of this, 60% of the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants on following terms :

i) 50% of amount to be paid on furnishing personal undertaking.

ii) 10% of amount to be paid on furnishing solvent security. 3.
