Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

The learned Advocate for the appellant relied on the order passed by this Court on 18th October 2024 in First Appeal No.1588 of 2024 and other connected group of appeals.

In view of the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No.3614 of 2019 in Lok Adalat dated 14th December 2019, the applicant acquiring body has accepted the award so also the claimants. 4.
Today, when the matter is called out, the learned Advocate for the acquiring body submits that except the award, they do not wish to proceed with the appeals.

In view of the same, the learned Advocate for the respondentclaimant also states that she has received instructions not to prosecute cross objections.

In view of the same, the appeals as well as cross objections stand disposed off.

The order passed in First Appeal No.1588 of 2024 other connected group of appeals and the judgment in LAR No.323 of 2008 and other connected matters, are taken on record. The same shall be a part of award.

Decree be drawn accordingly.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 10.
