Shri Tope, the learned Advocate submits that, pursuant to the order dated 6th August, 2021, the concerned two officers sought details of the bank account of Juvenile Justice Board at Jalna, in writing. They were informed orally that the said Board does not have any bank account. In view thereof, the concerned two Officers shall deposit the said amount with NGO, namely, Kailaswasi Radhabai Anathalaya, Jalna, on or before 4th September, 2021. Consequently, Civil Application No.7530 of 2021 is disposed off.
