The case of the petitioner is that after hearing and the matter was reserved for orders, the Collector has called for the record from the office of the Gramsevak. The petitioner has filed an application to supply the copies of the documents and the report. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the order is not passed and on the last date the record was not received from the office of the Gramsevak.

Respondent/authority may allow the inspection of the record to the parties concerned and if need arises allow the respective parties to make submissions on the basis of said record.

Respondent no.1 shall intimate the date to respondent no.2. Respondent no.1 shall also intimate respondent no.2 about allowing the inspection of the record.

The petitioner may appear before the Collector on 31.7.2018.

Learned AGP shall communicate this order to respondent no.1.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
