Heard learned Counsel for applicant, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that, First Appeal No.1777 of 2012 fled by the applicant for enhancement of compensation is disposed of by this Court. Respondent No.3 has deposited amount before this Court. Hence, applicant be permitted to withdraw the Pooja K.
