In view of disposal of Land Acquisition Reference No. 842 of 2008, no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition, since the petitioners seek to implead themselves in said land acquisition reference.

Having regard to aforesaid, writ petition is not being entertained and it is being disposed of. However, it would be open for the petitioners to make appropriate application, if so advised at proper stage in proper proceedings. Writ petition stands disposed of.
