Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

There were counter reports against each other. Learned APP has fairly conceded that the weapons allegedly used in the crime have been seized and the injured have suffered the simple injuries. The applicants have been formally arrested.

Considering the submissions of the learned APP, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the applicants would serve no purpose. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed. Therefore, the following order :

ORDER

(A) The Application is allowed.
