Heard. It is an injury claim. The amount under the award is Rs.1,58,000/-. An amount of Rs.2,18,825/- has been deposited in this Court on 3/9/2020 and amount of Rs.25,000/- has been deposited towards statutory deposit on 20/8/2020. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest thereon. 50% of the amount be paid on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent security. Civil Application is disposed of.
