The learned counsel for applicant in criminal Application No. 2724 of 2024 submits that he has already placed on record the charge sheet and has already carried out the amendment in view of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni Vs. State of Maharashtra in SLP (Cri.) No. 13424 of 2025, dated 3.9.2025. However, now he seeks permission to withdraw the matter with liberty to go for discharge.

He also makes the same request in Criminal Application NO. 3063 of 024 on getting instructions from the learned counsel in that matter - Advocate Mr. Rajebhosale.

In view of the same, the applicants in both these applications are permitted to withdraw the applications with liberty to go for discharge.
