We have heard Mr. V. B. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. V. P. Patil, learned counsel for intervenor, so also the learned A.G.P..

The petitioner seeks directions against respondents to complete test audit of Amardeep Cooperative Housing Society Limited. 3.
It is submitted that after filing of the petition the order is passed by the District Deputy Registrar, Jalgaon directing to conduct test audit of the Amardeep Co-operative Housing Society Limited.

In view of the same, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive.

It is submitted that the Co-operative Society has challenged the order directing conduct of test audit before this Court by filing writ petition and the order impugned therein is stayed by this Court.

The legality of order directing conduct of test audit would be decided by this Court in writ petition filed by the society.
7.
As prayer made in the petition stands fructified in pursuant to the order directing test audit by the authority, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Writ Petition as such disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition no.12150 of 2016, nothing survives in the present civil application. Civil Application as such disposed of.
