Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Present Application has been filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.1410 of 2022. It appears that the present applicant has filed Writ Petition, however, there were office objections. Ultimately conditional order came to be passed by this Court for removal of the office objections. Still it appears that the office objections were not removed and therefore the Writ Petition was not registered. Now there is delay of 320 days.

Learned Advocate for the applicant is taking it upon himself that he could not notice the conditional order passed by this Court. He is showing willingness to remove the office objections.

Taking into consideration this fact, the Application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned. The Writ Petition stands restored to its original position. The office objections in respect of Writ Petition be removed within a period of seven days. 4.

Applicant to deposit cost of Rs.2000/- to the Library of the Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within seven days. After removal of office objections, the learned Advocate for the applicant is at liberty to take further circulation.
