This court had issued notice on 21st July, 2015. 2.

Mr. Chapalgaonkar, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, prayer was made directing Respondent No. 4 to credit the amount received from National Agricultural Insurance Company Ltd. towards Croup Insurance Scheme for kharip season 2014-2015. The amount was received by Respondent No. 4 from the insurance company to the tune of Rs.155 Crores on 13th June, 2015. However, the distribution commenced only since August, 2015 and it continued up to 30th September, 2015. For a period of 2 months Respondent No. 4 kept that amount in the deposit and earned interest. The benefit of the said interest is not passed on to the Petitioner and other beneficiaries. The learned counsel

2 WP7278.15 submits that, Petitioner has already moved the Joint Registrar [ Co-operative ] with regard to the claim of interest. 3.

The relief claimed in the petition now does not survive. If, the Petitioner has filed any application with the Joint Registrar [ Co-operative ] with regard to the interest, the Petitioner is at liberty to prosecute the same as permissible. 4.
