These applications are for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant Acquiring Body in this Court pursuant to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court.

It is stated that only 50% amount of the enhanced award is deposited in this Court by the appellant/Acquiring Body. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to pass the following order :

ORDER

a) The applications are allowed and disposed off.

b) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court (i.e. 50% as per the award) alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.
