Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.1,70,218/- has been deposited before the learned Commissioner. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the appeal has been filed challenging the quantum that has been awarded. Under such circumstance, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount. 2.

Applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the
