This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 29.9.2015.

Shri Barde submits that some of the matters which have been remanded pertain to the Labour Court at Nanded and few matters pertain to the Industrial Tribunal at Latur. He, therefore, submits that the matters remanded to the Labour Court in paragraph Nos.45, 46 and 47 of the judgment, pertain to the Labour Court at Nanded and not the Labour Court at Latur, as has been ordered.

The motion is hence allowed. Paragraph Nos.45, 46 and 47 of the judgment dated 29.9.2015 shall indicate that the matters are remitted to the Labour Court at Nanded.

Correction be carried out accordingly and the corrected copy be issued.
