Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. In view of the fact that the representation of the Petitioner (Exhibit - 'R') page No.48, is pending for considering the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner, we are not entering into the merits of the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the respective parties. Considering the above, we pass the following order: I.

The Respondents - Authorities shall decide the application / representation (Exhibit - 'R') page No.48, seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within four months, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy.
