Mr. Tope, learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the order of Commissioner cancelling the approval of registration of Balgruha run by the petitioner, the petitioner has filed appeal before respondent no. 2 in the year 2012 and the same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents.

In case, the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of Commissioner cancelling the approval of registration of the petitioner's Balgruha is pending with respondent no. 2 (Page 68), then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from today.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.2 on 21.8.2018.

Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
