The petitioner is before us, seeking directions for expeditious decision on his claim pending with the respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, since 20 July 2022, in view of the exigency and as he is aspiring to appear for NEET 2023, examination. 3.

It is pointed out that though conditionally this Court has granted validity to few blood relations.

In view of above, we request the respondent no. 2 - Committee to make an endeavor to consider and decide the petitioners 1/2
