After going through the application and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application, the application stands allowed and delay stands condoned, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
