It appears that the respondent / insurer has preferred the appeal to the extent of quantum of compensation and so far as the claim of driver of the Rickshaw is concerned, the respondent / insurer has also raised the ground of the contributory negligence of higher extent. However, considering the entire aspect of the case and on careful perusal of the findings recorded by the Tribunal, the applicants / original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.18,50,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand only)

out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
