These civil applications are for direction to the respondent - appellant in first appeal to deposit the amount in the office of this Court pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 26.06.2024 in First Appeal No. 778/2014 and two other matters. 2.

The learned advocate Mr. Arora for respondent No. 2 submits that, in fact, the cheque is ready, however, as the first appeals are already disposed of, the office requires specific direction to deposit the cheque in the office of this Court. 3.

Considering the above, office is directed to accept the consolidated cheque in all the three appeals. Thereafter, the applicants shall be entitled to withdraw the said amount along with accrued interest.
