When the matter was called out in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner and hence, same was kept back. In the afternoon session also none appears for the petitioner. 2] Notice was issued with regard to prayer clause (B) only. Petitioners state that their names be recorded in the revenue record, as per the Government Resolutions dated 4th January, 2013 and 13th November, 2002.

3] AGP points out that, with regard to the grievance made, the petitioner may approach the Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner, vide Government circular dated 13.2.2015. 4] In the light of that, petitioner may approach the Committee, constituted by the Divisional Commissioner, vide circular dated 13.2.2015. In case, such application/representation is made by the petitioner, the
