The respective applicants, in all these applications, are claiming condonation of delay of 285 days, which appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis.

The learned AGP as well as learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that delay is not properly

However, considering statutory right of the applicants, delay of 285 days, in all these applications, stands condoned.
