The learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent/State raises preliminary objection about maintainability of filing Writ Petition directly in this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, without availing the remedy available before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.

The Petition stands disposed of. In case,
