1) During speaking to the minutes learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by mistake in the order dated 3-3-2015 the place of the trial Court is mentioned as Ahmednagar in stead of Shrirampur.

2) In para 5 of the order dated 3-3-2015 in stead of "Ahmednagar" it shall be read as "Shrirampur". Corrected writ be issued accordingly. The motion stands disposed of.
