The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that he has instructions to cause appearance on behalf of the respondent No. 5 and tenders across the bar his affidavit in reply. Same is taken on record.

As can be seen from the stand taken in the affidavit in reply, he would be completing re-audit for preceding five financial years within a period of three months of the date of order dated 29 June 2023, which has been subsequently modified by corrigendum dated 04 July 2023 to a period of three (03) months stipulated therein.

Without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, accepting
