The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition since the petitioner is inclined to initiate proceedings u/s 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act considering the permission granted by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Beed dated 11/06/2019.

The learned AGP submits that such a dispute u/s 91 is barred. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn. The petitioner is inclined to avail of a remedy as noted above. Considering the submissions of the parties, this Court is not expressing any opinion as regards the maintainability of the said khs/JULY 2019/8808
