O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) 1.

The appellants-original claimants have filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation. The appellants with their counsel and Mr. Santosh Kalse, Officer of respondentInsurance Company with Company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to settle the matter in terms of compromise which is marked "X" for identification. As per the said terms of compromise respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 3,20,000/- in addition to compensation awarded by the tribunal towards full and final satisfaction of appellants claim and the respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to deposit said amount within 60 days from the date of

fa1129.06 -2receipt of this award, in MACT, Gangakhed. The appellants have agreed to accept the above said amount of additional compensation. The appellant No. 1 who has filed affidavit on behalf of appellant No.6 who is minor has stated that compromise is in the interest of minor.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellants. 5.
