The review application is taken up for hearing. The learned counsel for the Review Petitioner submits that there is merit in the main petition, whereas the order under review has been passed only on ground of inaction on the part of the Applicant to take steps for bringing the legal heirs of landlord on record for 15 years. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the Review Petitioner and on perusal of order dated 20th April, 2015, I do not see any reason to review the order.

The review application stands rejected.
