Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0328/2024, dated 17/05/2024, registered at CIDCO Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, District Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court granted interim protection to the applicant on 29/07/2024. Thereafter, the applicant has co-operated with the investigation and is not the main accused in the case. The informant alleged that the applicant/accused was working in the bank as a Manager and assured her of Rs. 6 lakh against 60 grams of gold. The informant further alleged that she handed over the gold to Reena Sikarwar, a friend of the applicant/accused, who then handed the gold over to the applicant. It is alleged that the gold is 1 of
972 ABA 1130-2024 not mortgaged, and Rs. 1 lakh has been given to the informant for the gold. The possession of the gold is with co-accused who is absconding. Another co-accused is granted anticipatory bail. 4.
The learned APP has not disputed that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation. 5.
In view of the above, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The application is allowed in the following terms :- i] In the event the applicant/s is/are arrested in connection withFIR No.0328/2024, dated 17/05/2024, registered at CIDCO Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, District Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 2 of

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 8.
The application stands disposed of.
